Do the two blades counter-vibrate, e.g., reduce vibration by counteracting one another?

The blades move a bit too fast for me to be 100% certain; but I popped the blade module off and tested moving it manually, and it looks like they do.

In use, my experience is that the device sounds like it's vibrating(fairly loud buzzing); but mine produces no significant sensation of vibration against my face, which should be fairly sensitive, so I conclude that actual vibration must be fairly minimal.

I apologize for my lack of certainty; but my best guess is 'no', and my subjective experience is that there is little to no noticeable vibration even against sensitive skin, though it definitely is noisy.
