Can it plays Blu-ray?
Our portable DVD player does not support 1080P, 4K, or Blu-ray discs playback.
There is no HDMI port, how can I connect to the TV?
Our portable DVD player has a 3-in-1 AV cable and interface,please usse the Av cable to connect to the TV. If your TV only has an HDMI interfface, please buy an HDMI and 3-in-1AV cable adapter
The portable DVD player seems to be unable to power on?
Please make sure the machine is fully charged. When the machhine is not in use, please turn the power switch to the OFF position to save power. If you still can't boot, please tell us.
The DVD player doesn't seem to be able to read the disc, it says 'no cdisc'?
1. Check Disc, ensure it's not 1080p, 4K, or Blu-ray (unsupported). Inspect for scratches
2. Gently wipe the laser lens with a microfiber cloth.
