Overall Review: this memory is not only for nvidia chipsets, i installed it on my Asus p5q pro with an Intel p45 chipset and it works fine. Q6600@ 3.42 Ghz, ATI 4870 1gig.

Pros: Great price on the RAM. It was the best deal I could find, even when it was 65 dollars instead of the 43 that it is now. The free 2 gb thumb drive is a cool bonus, too.

Cons: 3D Mark Vantage only works with Windows Vista and I have XP

Pros: Look, this is fast, way OC'able... not sure about the comments of slow speeds but this is showing way above 533, and looking great doing it. Runs cool, flawless, snapped it in and off to the races... With the rebate and the Vantage software/2GB USB flash, this stuff is way worth the money!

Overall Review: This is some serious RAM... Newegg rules!

Pros: Overall, I am quite happy with this RAM. The 2GB flash drive is a nice bonus with 3DMark Vantage (which only works with Vista, not XP). The first set of RAM had an error in Memtest 3.4 on Test #7 at the rated speeds 1066 5-5-5-15 at 2.1V. I RMA'd with Patriot, and it was quite painless. (I did not want to lose out on the rebate!) I only needed to send back the RAM portion and they sent me another set that works great for my setup.

Cons: I am still waiting for that rebate check.

Pros: Runs at advertised timings. Heat spreaders do a good job. Price is right. Comes with a flash drive that is pretty much free. I've been running this for about 3 months and have had no problems whatsoever. I'm probably buying more.

Cons: 3d mark vantage only works under vista.

Cons: couldn't push past 1066 without stability issues, could only tighten timings. but, that was what i expected.
