Why do some of the pictures look like they have 4 wires on a digital 5v RGB fan frame?  What kind of connector do I need to connect this to a 5v RGB hub if my motherboard doesn't have a 5v RGB header?

I ended up getting the Phanteks PH-DRGB_SKT Digital RGB LED Starter Kit which is the 3pin plus comes with 2 rgb led light strips.
