Do these headphones have a volume limit? Can they protect children's hearing?
Rest assured, protecting your child’s hearing is core to our design. These headphones have a built-in volume limiter capping volume at 85 dB, per WHO and international safety standards, preventing hearing damage even with extended use.
What should I do if I can't connect to my phone or tablet via Bluetooth?
First connection: Power on, enter pairing mode (slide button, LED fast flashes). Then open Bluetooth settings, search & pair. If issues: 1) Fully charge. 2) Toggle phone Bluetooth. 3) "Forget" device then re-pair. 4) Factory reset per manual.
Can it connect to tablets (such as iPads) or smartphones?
These headphones are compatible with most devices (iPad, Android tablets, iPhone, Samsung phones, Kindle Fire Kids Edition). They also include a 3.5mm audio cable for non-Bluetooth devices like school players or in-flight systems.
Is it wired or wireless? Can it still be used if the battery runs out?
We primarily offer the wireless Bluetooth version for cord-free movement. Considering battery drain, some models include a 3.5mm audio cable. Plug it in, and the headphone works as a traditional wired one - very convenient.
