Can my phone still be magnetically charged normally with a case on it?
Our magsafe power bank is only compatible with magnetic phone cases, and the case thickness cannot exceed 2mm. It is not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as the OtterBox Defender series.
Is it normal for magnetic portable charger or mobile phones to get hot while charging?
Yes. When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence. If it becomes unusually hot, stop charging and let it cool before continuing.
