Does this have subwoofer out-put?

Yes the unit does have one sub output on the back of the unit, I've been using this unit since i bought it in December and love it. Bought it to replace a very old  Yamaha and I'm amazed at the difference with the new tech this one has. I hear much more and every thing is very clear. Definitely a good buy

Is this factory refurbished or refurbished by a 3rd party?

I was not real sure if it was factory refurbished or refurbished by a 3rd party. Mine looked as if it had never been used or taken out of the box. Works perfectly!
