Pros: My favorite feature is that when you use two different zones you can feed them with two different inputs at the same time. Typically I’ll be listening to the TV in the living room and Bluetooth via my outdoor speakers. Furthermore each zone has independent volume control. Not to mention it has an easy app to stream music with as well. None of these are things I had on my Onkyo that it replaced.

Cons: Wished the on screen volume looked a little more updated. I had a hard time figuring out how to pair a new Bluetooth device through the system menu until I realized you had to press the button on the remote. I think the system menu could be a bit more organized. The sub menus don’t always fit what you are looking for.

Overall Review: This is a really solid mid range receiver. For what you get the price is right.

Pros: Set up was easy. I was good to go inside of 30 minutes.

Cons: So far the only thing I have found strange is the delay via bluetooth. Did not experience that on my last receiver.

Overall Review: If I dropped it in the pool I'd buy another one.

Pros: I bought the VSX-1022 in 2012 and loved it. Decided to upgrade to 4k and went with Pioneer again. Has way more features than I expected. Seeing the volume change on my TV without any pairing was nice to see.

Cons: I've only had it for a couple weeks and haven't had any issues. If I do in the future I will update this.

Overall Review: If you're looking for a good and cheap 4k receiver, then this is your choice. I got my for 290 with a 3 year extended warranty, how could you go wrong?
