Suction cup falls off
1.Clean the mounting area: no oil/water stains.
2.Best on flat surfaces; avoid strong curves, genuine leather, perforated leather.
3.After repositioning, rinse suction pad with clean water (keep water away from phone contact area). Let it sit 24h before use.
Charging disconnects / Unstable charging
1.Metal in the case may trigger FOD.
2.Use a PD 36W+ adapter
3.remove the case and retry.
Slow charging?
1.Use 36W+ PD Port.
2. Thick/metal cases (>2mm) may block fast mode;
3.70–80%+ battery may drop to 7.5W (normal).
4. Remove case/metal, cool 5 min, confirm fast wireless support.
Gets warm/hot?
1.Surface temp <45°C is normal. If >45°C, the product may reduce power until it cools.
2.Avoid mounting directly on a hot air vent (especially in winter heating).
Weak magnet or Phone falls
1.If using a magnetic ring/plate, check installation direction; test without case.
2.Many non-iPhone models lack built-in magnetic alignment; use a compatible magnetic/MagSafe case for stability.
Not charging / No power
1.Use PD36W+ (not 5V/laptop USB).
2.Remove metal case/objects (FOD) and test without the case.
How can I tell if this product is compatible with my car model?
Please make sure your dashboard is not made of fabric, wood, leather, or very rough surfaces. It also requires a flat, smooth, non-angled area with at least a 68mm (about baseball-size) diameter, with no gaps or seams, for secure installation.
