Is there an over-the-ear loop accessory available for this item?

Not that I have seen or know of, however that has not been an issue for me.  The headset stays in place, granted I am not running or being active when I use it, so that I can not help you with.  I really like it a lot and never get complaints from my callers.  I would definitely purchase again if they are still available.  The carrying case that was included with mine is awesome for storage and it can charge the headset.  Hope this helps!

Following through the link, I see no indication that this product is being sold as anything other than NEW. If it were used or refurbished, it should be stated as such.

Will this work for a desktop pc? is there a usb for it?

I used it with a laptop that had bluetooth built in and a laptop with two different bluetooth dongles (version 3.0 and 4.0).  This paired up and worked as a microphone and speaker just fine in all cases.  Though I did notice it had some trouble being set up with Windows 7 starter, though that may have been on the dongle's end of things.
