You may have it installed by now, but if not, they are very easy to install, assuming your motherboard supports the 2280 size. The connector edge is keyed using a gap in the PCB, so it can only be inserted into the socket one way. An empty socket is usually angled up a little. Handle the drive by the edges and gently but firmly insert it into the socket until it won't go any further. The other end of the drive has a semicircle in the PCB. Gently press down on the drive until it rests of the screw pillar. Insert and snug the screw and you're done. Good luck.
