why does it say support video card is it only a sli card?

No, it can be used as a stand alone graphics card, which is how I'm using it, since my motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics. It just means that the card has the provisions to support SLI mode, which is linking two of the same cards together to basically double your graphics power.

Question 2

Will this card go in a PCI Express 2 x 16 slot?  My motherboard is a MSI H61M-P23 B3 Intel H61 Motherboard - Micro ATX, Socket H2 (LGA1155), Intel H61 Express, 1333MHz DDR3, SATA 3.0 Gb/s, 8-CH Audio, Intel HD Graphics, Gigabit LAN

As far as I know the difference between PCI express 2 and 3 is only a matter of speed and the technology is backward compatible. So in short, yes it will physically fit in the slot but perform at 2 speeds. From all accounts the speed difference isn't significant either.

Question 3

I currently have the 2GB edition of the GT 630. Does anybody know if you could SLI support from the GT 630 to add a little support to the GTX 650?  I've only ever done it before with the same card before never tried it with a different card.

I know that certain nvedia cards allow you to sli cards that are a gen or to apart. the problem with that is that the 650 will run at the 630 speeds because i would say unless you are planing to save money and get a second 650 you should just buy a 630.

Will 3 gtx 650Ti in sli worck with a 1200w psu?

that's a tricky question it only needs a 500 watt power so it should be more then enough. but ideally you need to add up all your components and see if the total power draw is going to exceed 1200w if it is then you should get a bigger/second 1200w psu.
