It does not come with software.  Windows will install default drivers, then you can download the auto installer for Windows from Nvidia's website.  It runs great on Windows 10 and Windows 11.  What is included with the video card are both low profile and full height brackets.  Also you'll get 3 adapter cables to allow you to use standard size DisplayPort cables.
