How do I charge the camera?
It’s easy – just connect the camera to the USB cable and adapter, then plug it into a power socket or power bank.
How do I transfer photos from my camera to my computer?
Connect it to your computer via USB, the camera display will pop up “mass storage mode”. Then briefly press the “OK” button. The computer will recognize it and display the “Removable Disk” icon , at which point you can proceed with data transfer.
How do I transfer photos from my camera to my phone?
Connect your phone directly to the camera using the included Type-C to C cable to transfer photos to your phone.
How do I use the camera as a webcam?
Connect the camera to your computer via the usb cable, choose "PC Camera" when a dialog pops up on the screen. Then the camera can work as a webcam for live streaming or video chat.
Does the DX9Pro have good battery life?
No need to worry about that! It’s got a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery – just charge it normally, and it’ll last like it should.
