I'm trying to pick a center channel for two monitor 60's.
please offer advice?

A center channel should be a sound match with your front speakers. Your options are cs1 and cs2. I would go with the cs2 since it's better and not much more expensive.

Polk Audio TSi CS10 can this be mounted to the wall?  If so does it come w/ hardware?

Hey jr! It doesn't come with any mounting holes, so doesn't come with mounting hardware. The best way to mount this if you must would probably be to use a shelf or some sort of normal projection/CRT tv mount and set it on top of it.

No, and none. The unit is designed to sit on a shelf, with connections in the back. The connections area has a small, raised surround, so the back side is NOT flush. There is also a port on the backside. SO, unlike the Monitor 30 & 40 Series II speakers with their keyhole mounting feature, all of the Polk Monitor center channel speakers are NOT wall mountable. If you don't mind putting up a wall-mounted shelf, then you are all set. Just make sure it is big enough, and sturdy. Make sure to attach it to the studs, not the drywall.

I did not answer the questiion due to the very poor service I received from newegg.  We ordered one item and got another from a third party.  Newegg charged our credit card but will not give us a refund even though we have proof that we returned the item.

I will not buy anything from them and encourage others not to buy from them.

Can this be used as a speaker for an HD TV?

It needs a separate receiver to drive the speaker. So it's not something you could hook up directly to the HDTV like the soundbars that I see popping up everywhere.

I just bought a pair of 70 series II  and a CS2 center channel, however, after set them up , everything work fine except the center,,please can anyone can tell me why?  Thanks. CD

Probably a wrong connection to your receiver or, incorrect setup of the receiver.  speakers are somehow 'dead stations' or, just get the signal an play the sound.  if they don't play, the check is on the receiver on amplifier.  If all correct, the center speaker may have a loose connection and then, you can complain and get a new one . . . you can always double check. by connecting any of the other speakers to the center out in your receiver.

As shown in the photo, the top of the enclosure slopes down from front to back.  Largest measurements are:
Across the front: 21 1/4"
Front to back: 11 1/4"
Height (in the front): 7 3/4" from shelf surface to top of box (includes height of rubber feet).
