Is the stabilizer bar removable or are the spiked feet removable?

The outrigger bars plus cone feet are removable.  However, the gray plastic front piece with the Polk logo would scrape the ground and eventually crack.  In addition, the speaker would be much less stable.  It's not intended to be removed.

the shipped package doesnot contain stabilizer,  is it supposed to be in box or we have to purchase seperately?

It is supposed to be in the box. Search the container and also check the bag with documents. If you cannot find them, contact Polk Audio. They have very good customer service.

Full specs are no longer available at polk's website, but the Wayback Machine has a copy, go to the forums at Polk's website, and look in the Vintage Speaker section. There's a thread called Polk Vintage Product Info??? - a link to all the info you want is there.

I have a pair of these in cherry, and they sound awesome. Don't skimp on the power though, or they won't put out really deep bass. I'm feeding mine with a Carver M-1.5t and they handle the 350 watts rms just fine. Really can't recommend them enough, especially at this price (mine were $399 ea).
