No, you need a receiver to power the speakers, only the subwoofer is powered, and for that you need an LFE or sub line out.

I have a "CREATIVE SOUND BLASTER" card in my desktop. Will this product work with it ? Right now I have an old "LOGITECH" 5.1 speaker system, would like to upgrade.

There should be no problem with upgrading to these speakers. The card you have should work fine.

I am not seeing any kind of specifications outside of color. What are the inputs and how many of each?  Details please!

These are all just speakers.  (Inputs?)  There's not a receiver/amplifier.  Maybe I'm not understanding your question.  The inputs to the speakers are screw-down type.  Insert bare wire into the slot and screw down the thmbscrew to tighten for connections.  I can't remember, but I thnk you may be able to plug in banana plugs too.
