I seriously doubt it. The card takes up 2 1/2 slots on the motherboard and then you need to mount the radiators and route the hoses.

could i add a cpu cooling block into this loop?

this is not a custom cooling loop. this is a closed all in one cooling loop. in theory you kinda can do it but at the same time there is so much risk involved and you void your warranty in the process. and even then its just a single 120mm rad. so it would put too much heat into the  cooling loop. if you wanted a custom loop id just go all out instead of modding a gpu closed loop.  or if you wanted to get cpu cooling, just save your money for a all in one cpu cooler like i did. i personally got the corsair H110i GTX and this card in my rig. both my cpu and gpu run at 26C idle. ofc the cpu cooler i have is a little overkill but i like things to look nice.

Do I need a bridge to run 2 of these cards togehter?

No, one of the features of the 300 series is the ability to run without a bridge! Do note that you should measure out to see if you have enough vertical space to run these together.

How much power is required to run both 390x cards like this one from PowerColor?

Excellent question.  I run 2 of the Devil R9 390x cards on an intel machine.  I have burned out two 1000 watt power supplies with them in the last year.  Just last week, I finally purchased a 1600 watt power supply to finally try to overcome this problem.  Be aware that they both consume about 800 watts in total when used together at 100% usage.  I use them 24/7 overclocked maximum to run prime number programs with 20% additional power added using Afterburner.  When used like I use them a 1600 watt supply is essential.  If just used in Crossfire for playing games, a 1200 watt supply will likely suffice.  A problem just as large is heat production of the cards.  You MUST have adequate air conditioning to handle them.  It is not uncommon for them to run the temp in their room 20 degrees higher than the rest of the house.  Hope this helped.  Incidentally, the cards, with their power and heat limitations are still the most awesome cards I have seen.

I see some say they have crossfired this with another. I have one and want to crossfire a 2nd to it.  I have the z97 sabertooth and it looks like there is no room for a second due to the housing.  did those who crossfired them modify the housing at all or is there just barely enough room to do it?

Well I don't have experience crossfireing this card however you might be able to fit it with a little room or none at all and it would be just fine. The fact that the card is liquid cooled allows you to put these cards next to each other and cause air flow issues like traditional card designs. The one fan on the card is simply for the power delivery system and while it does need some cooling it doesn't need a lot so restricted airflow due to it won't affect it too much. And if it just doesn't fit with a little bit of force (I mean a little, don't just put your whole weight into it) you can always take off the shroud. I've done it multiple times for some mods to the card and its not that hard. There should be really small screws behind the backplate with holes in the respectable postitons of the screws in the backplate. Simply unscrew all of those screws( MAKE SURE NOT TO UNSCREW THE ONES AROUND THE PROCESSOR!!!) and the shroud should slide off. After that you should have a naked card with metal plates on both sides of the PCB. Which should be good to go. You might want to mod a fan over the small heatsink for you power delvivery system but other than that you got yourself a really great crossfire build with some really great cards.

it depends on case air flow layout. im currently using as an exhaust and seen max of 60c but that is using a mobo controlled fan to keep things quiet.

I am running two of these in Crossfire with a EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR 80 PLUS GOLD power supply with NO problems what so ever. They draw about 300w under full load (600w total) So a 1200w power supply will be more than enough.
