Is there any concern about the noise level of the RX 9070 XT R VGA's fans?

There are concerns about the fan noise at higher speeds.

is it compatible with the ASRock Challenger CL-750G 750W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Non-Modular Power Supply, ATX3.1 & PCIe5.1 powersupply? I got it as a combo with it but the psu only has one 6+2 pci connector and one 6+2 tailed to it from same cable. will it supply the gpu enough power???/

The PowerColor Reaper Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card requires a recommended PSU wattage of 750W and has 2 x 8-Pin power connectors. If the ASRock Challenger CL-750G power supply provides a total of 750W and has the necessary 8-pin connectors, it should be sufficient to power the GPU.
