Is there a wall switch (like a normal light switch) that works with these? Doesn't need to be hardwired, battery powered is actually preferred. Goal: I have 4 lights in one room on 4 outlets. I want to be able to flip a wall switch and have all 4 turn on/off.

There are smart buttons and switches that you can get. If they all work with Smart Life and/or IFTTT, then you can make them do that.

where can i get the manual to set up the socket?

I had to get a phone app to scan the QR (looks like a square with squiggles and symbols in it) which led me to a website that had what I needed to properly set these plugs up so that they could be used by my smart device.
