The bladders contain an aqueous gel composition, providing deep submersion. And, the gel core maintains room temperature at all times for superior comfort. Its unique dual-chamber design eliminates gel migration.

The high-density, high-resilience contoured foam construction provides luxurious support for the entire body, while helping prevent "bottoming out". Four elastic corner straps secure the overlay to the mattress.

The top cover is a soft nylon urethane-coated fabric that is vapor-permeable and waterproof. It is also non-shearing, low-friction, and anti-microbial/bacterial.
