Usage:
1. Place this cervical pillow flat on the bed, sofa or flat place you want to use.
2. Adjust the position and align the neck and pillows, then completely relax the neck, lying down, naturally hanging.
3. Make sure there is no gap between the pillow and your shoulders, and then you can lay on it to fall asleep.
