How do you get the RAM to 3600mhz in BIOS need to know how since ryzen 7 3700x eats up ram like no tommorow?

I was not able to get it stable at 3600mhz unfortunately. I can't hold it against them since it's not a kit you ideally use with Ryzen processors. I am running an MSI Tomahawk and tried a ton of different settings.

I have this exact memory but with CAS Latency of 16. 
Will these be compatible if I want to double my memory with their 18 Latency? Running a system with an MSI X570-A Pro mobo. Thanks for your answers in advance!

It is a difference of 2.5 nanoseconds and 12.75 nanoseconds higher CAS timings can result in a higher latency even with higher clock speeds. However, that doesn’t explain what happens in a situation where the true latency of two sticks of RAM are tied, despite them having different clock speeds (because the faster-clocked choice has a worse latency). In situations where that kind of tie occurs, the higher speed of RAM takes precedence over which has superior CAS latency. Thus, when comparing a stick of DDR4-3000 RAM with a CAS of 15 and a stick of DDR4-3600 RAM with a CAS of 18 (which would both have a true latency of 10 nanoseconds), the DDR4-3600 should be preferred.

Hence the answer is YES they will work together but one will always take preference over the other so best option would be to match em all if possible .

To reach the rated 3600 MHz speed, you will need to enable XMP/DOCP/A-XMP in the BIOS, as the memory kit will boot at the SPD speed with default BIOS settings. The stability and ability to reach the rated 3600 MHz speed will depend on the compatibility and capability of your motherboard and CPU.

If pcpartpicker says it'll work then most likely it will. Also for that price, if you aren't able to at least oc to 3600mhz then why in the world would anyone buy it lol. I hope you have a big budget :)

According to taiphoon burner, it shows them as Single rank. However, this kit advertises as DDR4 3600, but I have been unable to get mine stable above 3200, just a word of warning...

Would this work for my HP Gaming Desktop?  Its a 690-0013W.  Looking for a viable option of Ram Upgrade around this price to boost my current ram from 8gb to atleast 16, I have only two slots for ram as well, so looking to get the best bang for the buck!

This RAM is not going to be compatible with the PC you mentioned. You will need RAM that is A) compatible with your specific motherboard and B) compatible with first gen Ryzen chips. I would suggest nothing higher than 2933 for easy compatibility.
