Cons: -I have this version and the previous version (N82E16827136268). this version does not read as reliably at the previous version. -BD disks must be perfectly clean and scratch free for reliable reading.

Overall Review: -If available, get the previous version before this one.

Pros: the case comes with 5 fans, 3 of which are lighted; plenty of space to work with hardware; and adequate cable run slots on the MB backing.

Cons: case cables get pinched when using the top 5.25 drive bay; all 5 fans utilize the 3-pin connector and extend with 2 wires to a MOLEX connector.

Overall Review: the top of the case offers a SATA power & data port, but i have yet to try this port out. it looks like it might be too tight a fit to actually get a drive pushed down into place. some of the alignment/mounting points are just a bit off, but some careful finagling allowed just enough clearance.

Pros: i am using 6 of these drives in a RAID 5 array. the read/write time for this is fantastic. nearly 13.5 TB of usable space once everything is all said and done.

Cons: when the drives are running, there is a minor buzz.

Pros: a drive with well rounded performance

Cons: seek time could be a bit faster, but its not an SSD...

Overall Review: great price point for GBs to $$$

Pros: the color is great by itself. the cables are nice and flexible.

Cons: the sheath tends to pick up the colors from other lights, when present. unless the color is in the blue family, it will either bleed or wash out the UV blue color.

Overall Review: the data transfer is great, the cable color looks good. make sure to use blue or white LEDs if you plan on lighting the case internally.

Pros: needs a longer SATA power cable? get that extra length with this cable.

Cons: connectors could hold better, but if you dont move the system often, this shouldn't be a worry.

Overall Review: double check the connector before closing the case.

i am not sure where the issue came from, but my package had a different tracking number than what was reported. it just 'showed up' one day and the tracking info being provided still says it has not been picked up. the shipping time and cost itself was acceptable, but the lack of correct sipping information is disturbing.
