Really works

GELID Solutions GC-VGA02-01 1 Ball, 1 Sleeve VGA Cooler
GELID Solutions GC-VGA02-01 1 Ball, 1 Sleeve VGA Cooler

Pros: Heat sink and fans work really well. Dropped my temperatures a good 10-15 C on my power color HD6870 (the old one that looks just like the reference card). Not only did it drop my temperatures it is very quiet. Before it sounded like a hair blower, now I hear... NOTHING.

Cons: Ok... I am really perturbed about this. The fans are not PWM and therefore cannot be regulated by the graphics card. They can plug into your graphics card 4 pin slot but only three wires run from it and they run at 100% all the time. This really butters my biscuits. It does come with a 3 pin and 4 pin molex adapter so you can plug it into one of your mother board headers and regulate it that way. I've got them spinning at 50% almost all the time because SpeedFan can't read my GPU temperature and adjust it automatically. But still, at 50%, my card stays under 60 C and mostly lower 50's and upper 40's which is sooooo much better than the stock cooler.... and completely quiet. With FurMark the temperatures can get into the 60's but that's really extreme. And if I turn the fans up to 100%, mid 50's tops.

Overall Review: How much is it to ask for a real PWM fan?

It's good but not best

PC Power & Cooling ModXStream Pro Series 600 Watt 80+ Semi-Modular Active PFC Performance Grade ATX PC Power Supply (OCZ600MXSP)
PC Power & Cooling ModXStream Pro Series 600 Watt 80+ Semi-Modular Active PFC Performance Grade ATX PC Power Supply (OCZ600MXSP)

Pros: -Modular (NICE!) -Seems to be good quality for the most part

Cons: -I know people say multiple rails aren't bad, but I like single rails. But 25A on each rail IS really good for a 600W. -Capacitors only rated to 85 degrees. Pretty ok but 105C is my magic number. -3 year warranty, pretty ok, but not 5 year

Overall Review: -So it gets the job done. But you can't power more than one high end graphics card. -So you drop $75. Technically you get a $15 rebate but, in my opinion, the thing still costs $75... Spend $90 for the XFX Core 650WPRO for higher quality... or $110 for the Corsair TX750 (on super sale) if you want to crossfire. These are both made by SeaSonic and are very high quality for the cheapest price plus a 5 year warranty. Neither modular but much better quality than this one. Although, this one has pretty ok quality.

Very Effective and QUIET!

GELID Solutions GC-VGA02-01 1 Ball, 1 Sleeve VGA Cooler

Pros: Drops temperatures way way down. I'm not near my computer so can't look but it doesn't even break a sweat under full loads. I have a HD6790. I don't know if it would work as well for HD68+ but I imagine it would definitely drop temps more than your stock and be a lot quieter.

Cons: Fan is three pin and doesn't fit the fan header on your graphics card. Luckily it cools so well it is not really a factor. My fans run at less than half or at about half and never need more.

Overall Review: It's definitely effective. Still, it would be nice for it to plug into the card's fan header.

Oooh I like it

Pros: Great cables for a modern motherboard. Read lots of articles about it and it seems like a very good product. Nothing better for the price. It runs my HD6870 video card, my two hard drives, seven fans, and my motherboard like a champ.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: If I ever want to crossfire I guess I would need more watts because the Newegg's psu calculator says I need about 530 watts in my current set up. I see a dual psu set up in my future except for that I'm way tired of buying computer stuff.

works well

Omni Gear HDMI-3-HDMI 10 ft. Black HDMI to HDMI 2.0 Cable (4K Ultra HD) Male to Male
Omni Gear HDMI-3-HDMI 10 ft. Black HDMI to HDMI 2.0 Cable (4K Ultra HD) Male to Male

Pros: It works.

Cons: HDMI actually doesn't look as good on my big honkin lcd flat screen as the VGA does.

Overall Review: I read that to get it to look good you have to turn the sharpness on the TV all the way down... and guess what... it worked. But I'm gonna use the VGA anyway
