AMD X570 works fine XMP
Pros: -worked at rated speeds with motherboard set to XMP Profile, no more work needed -no problems so far -Look fine to me, not flashy
Cons: -none yet
Overall Review: Great Buy, Have not tried to overclock but both sticks working fine at rated speeds by just setting XMP Profile in the BIOS. CPU: 3700x MOBO: Asrock X570 Steel Legend WIFI
great board, good value, chipset fan problematic.....
Pros: -Great price for Intel Lan and ALC 1120 sound -everything stable, no issues so far -chipset fan quiet and you can set "silent mode" in BIOS for both the CPU and Chipset fans
Cons: -small con that the Heatsink for the M2 slots is all connected and under the video card so you have to remove video card and 3 screws on the heatsink to install an M2 device. updated: after 11 months, my chipset fan begin to make a grinding noise intermittently. I contacted ASrock USA and they responded quickly and told me they sent me a new fan in the mail. I never received it. After 4 weeks I asked them to send me a new fan and they said they would buy they don't have any in stock. No ETA for when they will be in stock again. My only recourse is to RMA the whole board, but that requires I send the board in first and wait a few weeks for a replacement. Also, I would be gambling that I got a good board in return. Now, I am completely at their mercy waiting for when and if they get the fans back in stock and my fan is slowly sounding worse and worse.
Overall Review: Recommended with the caveat that you may want to consider a B550 board which has NO CHIPSET fan instead. If you feel you must have an X570 board, I recommend you try a board that has a fan which only runs when hot at load (gigabyte elite and higher) or the new tomahawk X570 which has a beefy heatsink on the SB chip and a big fan that isn't under the video card so you could always install a fan of your own choosing. This should give you longer lifecycle of the fan.
No problems. Two thumbs up.
Pros: Great Packaging Quiet Cool No hiccups with install
Cons: none so far
Overall Review: I've only had this card for a few hours but wanted to post that my card seems excellent, really quiet and runs cool (39 at idle and 56-60 with medium load). There were a bunch of recent negative reviews so I wanted to offer that my experience was excellent. Got it in 2 days from newegg and at a great price!
Nice roomy case
Pros: Roomy and well laid out case. Routing cables is a breeze. Fan dust covers, middle hard drive cage removable (bottom one also). Plenty of space behind the motherboard for cable routing.
Cons: No real cons. Just check the width if that is a concern for your location...it's pretty wide.
works great
Pros: works great. Long cable.
Cons: no cons.
Nice Picture
Pros: Looks great. Matte Finish. Lots of settings. Includes DVI to HDMI cable
Cons: Monitor wobbles side to side easily
Overall Review: Pleased with this monitor so far. Got it last night and picture looks great, very clear, good colors. Can't comment on refresh rates yet. Like others have commented, if it is not on a stable surface, the monitor can easily wobble from side to side. The stand itself doesn't move, just the monitor. I have it on a very stable heavy desk and there is no movement. Other comments have stated that the monitor does not wake up from sleep, but mine does no problem using the DVI to HDMI cable.
