GREAT!!!
Pros: Card works with no issues.Vast improvement in every game over my previous AMD 7970. Less power use, noise and heat. Geforce experience is a nice step up from amd's software. drivers are better, it's nice to finally be able to use physx. free game deal is cool too (chose farcry 4). Even games that ran fine before look "better" somehow.
Cons: not every game works with the geforce experience. pricey. free game deal doesn't offer any non ubisoft game.
Overall Review: I've had amd cards for the past 6 years and they'll have to release something REALLY cool to bring me back into the fold any time soon.
didn't work
Pros: none
Cons: didn't work, feels incredibly cheap.
Overall Review: got this for christmas but did not get around to trying it out until this week when i moved. I tried to have my pc, wii u and xbox 360 all plugged in to my 27 inch 1080p monitor which only has 1 hdmi port. well once i plugged everything in, nothing happened. the light would flicker for a second and then nothing. kinda bummed since i've had other switches that worked just fine.
still going strong since 2/12
Pros: great performance for the money, runs just about everything you throw at it at high-ultra settings. relatively low noise and power requirements. solid jump in performance from the 5870 it replaced.
Cons: occasional driver issues that are remedied around the launch of the game that has the issues, for example, Batman Arkham origins had major performance bugs halfway through the game that required the newest beta drivers. Also, if you have a large monitor you'll have to tweak some settings to make the image fill the screen. the new drivers come with the raptr optimizer which so far is little more than a tray icon that i instantly disabled.
Overall Review: never could afford two of these things so i can't speak to crossfire performance but single card performance has been great for almost 2 years and only some games with specifically taxing settings (witcher 2's uber sampling for example) caused the card to have any pause
Pros: still faster than windows 7 and less of a system hog. some great useful features that speed up navigation. can be customized to look just like windows 7 if you want that kind of thing
Cons: still strongly geared towards touch screen navigation, which is great if you have a touch screen, but I do not. update acts more like a clean install if you're coming from 8.1 preview.
