Pros: Cheap

Cons: Does NOT support overclocking a K-series cpu as the asrock website boasts. Bios and AXTU don't allow multipliers and BCLK to go above what the cpu is already rated to do. No usb 3, no sata 6 gb/s, false advertising on asrock website claiming this board is overclockable in the bios and with their extreme tuning utility. Very, very deceitful and deceptive advertising.

Overall Review: I bought 3 of these to use in a render farm for 3d animation with the unlocked intel i7 - 3770k cpu. The specs for this board clearly show them to be compatible. I did my research and went to the manufacturers website where it Clearly shows in 2 different places, the ability to overclock this board; 1, in the bios' uefi utility, and 2. In windows' AXTU (Extreme Tuning Utility). I built everything easily enough, but when going into the bios or their tuning utility, the cpu multipliers won't go past the base numbers. For the 3770k it's 39 for a single core and 37 for all cores. This is the default turbo-mode of the 3770k and asrock advertises this like you are overclocking. It already does this frequency by default, you don't need to go into bios to enable this! So, essentially, I can turn the cpu multipliers down and UNDERclock, but not past what they are rated to do out of the box and OVERclock. Know what you are buying before; an underclockable motherboard and nothing else. Very, very, very disappointed in asrock's advertising practice here. I've been sending emails all week to asrock support asking how to possibly overclock this board. Not a single message has been returned. Terrible advertising, terrible service, stay away from asrock and their parent company Asus.
