Nanoxia NXDS1B Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: I like pretty much everything about this case. I really like the padding on the panels which make it so quiet.

Cons: The USB 3.0 ports in the top of the case have never worked for me. They are plugged in to my motherboard, but they haven't ever worked. I don't know if it is a problem with the case, or the motherboard. That's been a big disappointment. I've owned the case for 2.5 years.

Other Thoughts: This case is big and heavy. The next time I do a build I'm going to be looking at the case first I think to make a small footprint.

Pros: I've been using 2 of these for over 2 years now. The are wonderful monitors.

Cons: None

NETGEAR WNDRMAC-100NAS Wireless Gigabit Open Source Router/ USB port Rangemax 2.4/5GHz Simultaneous N600 Dual Band IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n, IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab

Pros: It sort of worked when it worked

Cons: It's dead!

Other Thoughts: The 5 GHz band was never reliable. The distance was very limited on that band, and it dropped connections all the time. So during the life of the router I was stuck using the 2.4 GHz band. The 2.4 GHz band was reliable, but there were a few times during the 2 years that I owned this router where it dropped connections and the router had to be restarted. Other than that it worked well. But I was surprised when I woke up this morning to send an email and had no connection. After debugging the problem I discovered that the router simply died for an unknown reason. I tried all sorts of trouble shooting but the device will simply not power on.

Now I'm stuck having to purchase another new router. I wish I could find something that would support todays demands that is as reliable as the old WRT-54G! Obladi oblada life goes on bra.
