Cons: * Price * Getting this thing up and running on my LAN took way longer than it should have. The installation instructions said that as long as the NAS and my computer were connected to the same LAN all that would be necessary to install the software would be to navigate to http://find.synology.com/ and then follow the instructions on that site. But that site didn't find the NAS. Thankfully the manual pointed me to where I could get an application that would help install the software. Then, because of a missing instruction in the manual, it took me even longer to get this up and running. But now everything is working well. My only complaint, not with the NAS but with my LAN, is that I'm only getting 10MB/s transfer rates. Time to reconfigure/upgrade my router.

Overall Review: I installed 5 Seagate Desktop HDD.15 ST4000DM000 4TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drives into this machine and configured it to use the Synology Hybrid Raid. It took more than 24 hours for the disc analysis and raid configuration to complete. But I'm happy that no problems were detected with the drives. So after a quick delivery from Newegg, a long installation and slow configuration, my system is up and running with more than 14 terabytes capacity. I still have 3 free slots in this machine and I'm a happy customer.

Cons: The SD card and USB port work well. That's nice, but the main reason I bought this was for the CF card slot. It doesn't work. I've tried everything I can with no luck. I put the card in and nothing happens. Nothing is recognized. I wouldn't usually give such a bad rating for something like this. But since the only purpose of this device it to read cards, and since it advertises reading so many different kinds of cards, I'm very disappointed that it does not work for the main card I would like it to read. Because the device is so cheap, its not worth the hassle to RMA it. I'll just keep it for what its worth. But I'm disappointed.

Pros: + Silent. Did I say yet that I couldn't hear the fan at all? + Fits both 140mm and 120mm mounts.

Overall Review: I purchased this to replace the fan on my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan which went bad after 3 years and 10 months. I purchased the 140mm unit and used the 120mm rubber grommets. Works great.

Pros: + It works as expected.

Cons: - Fan went bad after 3 years and 10 months. I replaced it with Fractal Design Venturi HP Series Black Fluid Dynamic Bearing High Pressure PWM 140mm Radiator/Heatsink Optimized Fan.

Pros: FAST, FAST, FAST! I built my mom's computer for her in 2012 with a 1TB HDD. She was running out of capacity on that drive, and her computer was so so slow. She wanted me to build her a new computer. But when I looked at the specs on her machine, quad core 3.6 Ghz AMD with 16 GB memory, I knew that building her a new machine wasn't what she needed. Instead I bought this SSD, cloned her HDD onto this drive, and then moved all her data over to the old, but newly reformatted HDD. I also installed a new 4TB HDD. She should be good to go now. The best part about moving the OS and programs over to the SSD is the speed. My mom cannot believe what a difference it makes. Her computer feels better now than it ever did!

It's been 2 weeks and 5 days since I placed an order with this seller. I received a tracking number in an email a couple days after the order was placed. The order was supposedly shipped via the Singapore Post. Every time I've tried to track the order with the tracking number, no information is made available. In other words, the tracking number is completely useless. Where is the product I paid for? Will it ever be delivered? I want a refund.
