Works Great!
Pros: Easy setup, Good picture quality, Cheap!
Cons: No HDMI, Installation Guide could be better.
Overall Review: I was skeptical because of the low price of this product and having tried other products before and failed, but thought I will take a chance because I spent a lot of time in my home office and would like to catch up on news and other shows without having to go to the TV room. This has definitely worked better than my expectation. The setup was relatively easy. Hooked it up with an indoor antenna via coaxial and connected to my router, installed the software on the PC and was up and running in < 30 min! The software instructions were not very clear but was able to figure it out. It does display both HD & SD channels that the antenna can pick up. How many channels it picks up really depends on the antenna you connect to it. I just use a thin leaf type indoor antenna and get about 19 channels including ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS & others in the Atlanta area. Never had this easy results in watching TV on my PC without a lot of other additional tuner cards and equipments that cost $$! I haven't tried accessing it on my IPad so cannot talk about it yet, but so far this have been working great and for < 30 bucks (got it on a sale) this has been a great device! Note/Tip: When you start the TV streaming on the PC it will default to 'Device 1' Composite or S-Video input and would not find any channels because this is for video or music over your network. If like me you have only an antenna connected to it, select 'Device 2 : ATSC (QAM)' from the dropdown box and it will pick up the channels from your Antenna stream!
