Pros: The overall quality of this laptop is excellent! Plenty of power, ram and HDD space. "Downgrade" to W7 and install on the ssd. Format the hdd and install all of the drivers. Very impressed with this thing so far I see another being purchased in the future!

Cons: Touch pad is somewhat fickle but nothing a bit of getting use to can't fix.

Overall Review: Get one before apple discovers this little gem and sues avatar for having similar corners or something ludicrous like they usually do.

Another Failed AsRock MOBO

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Worked for a 8 months

Cons: This is my third asrock board to quit in under a year. The only reason I keep going back is because they have holes drilled for my 775 waterblock. My first board (extreme6) just decided to burn up the entire area around the 24 pin connector. Second board (extreme6) had the whole bottom left portion of the board slowly die out one component at a time. This last board (extreme4) started to act buggy in the OS, I decided to reboot. It went into a boot loop and would not boot to BIOS. Cleared CMOS shut down completely. When I tried again it powered on power would come on but no other signs of life appeared. I'm finally forever done with this company. I am going to attempt warranty replacement on this last board as it was only running for 7 months or so before self destruction. Although, I have heard the warranty replacement process is not very successful.

Overall Review: I was really hoping against hope that I was just unlucky with the first couple boards. The third just confirmed my fears about the overall quality of products they sell.

PowerColor Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card LCS AX5870 1GBD5-WMDH
PowerColor Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card LCS AX5870 1GBD5-WMDH

Pros: Very solid card! The block is nickel plated and very sexy, and keeps my card at 23C idle. I have also overclocked to 1050mhz on the core with a max temp of ~35C using a swiftech 360 radiator. I have been very impressed with this card so far!

Cons: A bit expensive... The block alone is about $100 and then i guess you have a warranty that includes your waterblock. It just seems a bit excessive when you think of the price that powercolor gets the blocks at..

Overall Review: Overall awesome card using msi afterburner and stock bios you can clock this thing like crazy! I could probably get to 1100 mhz if i really wanted but that would be pushing the volts, but on the other hand the temp should be fine :)

XFX Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card HD-487A-ZHFC

Pros: awesome card! Rad Left for dead and half life 2 amazingly! i cant wait to really start overclocking it!

Cons: Runs pretty warm so just make sure you set the fan speed manually but other than that i really a great great deal for the price!

Overall Review: im looking for a waterblock to run with the rest of my watercooling system im pretty sure that will get it much cooler and do it more quietly than the stock cooler.
