Excellent bulb for what it does!
Pros: Does exactly what it says - has 16 different preset colors, as well as an "Auto" feature that cycles smoothly through 768. The Save button works well, allowing you to "save" a color from the smooth cycle and return to it instantly. My 6yr old loves it (in her room now). Remote works AMAZINGLY well, including inside an enclosed ceiling light.
Cons: As mentioned by others, it's not very bright at all. Can't read to it, but in a dark room, it looks pretty cool. Not a light replacement, but it works well for mood lighting or as a toy.
Overall Review: Maybe try two of them for enough light? The price is high, but the lifespan is MUCH longer than most bulbs. Being an LED bulb, it also uses far less energy. The savings (if it were to actually replace a standard bulb) would make the cost worth it.
Dead after 6 weeks
Pros: 64GB large capacity, inexpensive, very fast when it worked, great slide design (like SanDisk Cruzier)
Cons: Unreliable. System hardly recognizes it a mere 6 weeks in of light use. Started out saying it wasn't formatted, then a few tries later it simply says "insert device" like it's a card reader. BIOS sees it, but can't scan for data recovery. I was hopeful in this unit.
Overall Review: I've never been a huge fan of Transcend, but used to use their CF cards a decade ago. Decided to take a chance on their flash drives - never again. Sticking with brands I've had great success with, even if they cost a bit more.
Not bad for the price...
Pros: New out of the box, it was awesome! Very easy to fly, took more of a beating than I thought it would. The rainbow lights made my 6yr old daughter very happy.
Cons: It didn't last long for $20. It still flies up and down, but the rudder no longer works, so all it can do is go up and down or spin. No forward backward. I can't entirely blame the device, as it took a few good hits to the ground. Also, though the rainbow lights were quite enticing for my 6yr old daughter, I can't help but wonder if it could get more than 5min of use after a 30min charge without them.
Amazing quality for price
Pros: It is what it says and it works flawlessly. I've purchased the cheap ones at online auctions before (3 for $5 type thing) and they were hard to use. The rubber tip didn't slide and they fell apart after a month. This one is SOLID compared to them, and the laser pointer and LED light are a bonus. I've paid $15 for a single stylus only at a local big box store.
Cons: Really, my only complaint is it takes the small button batteries instead of a AAA, so replacing them will be more expensive than I like, but I don't use the lighted functions much, so hopefully it will last awhile. They aren't needed for the stylus to work.
Overall Review: I've had capacitive touch devices for 3-4 years, and used a variety of things like this stylus. For the price, this is by far the best value I've had.
More expensive than 3 singles!
Pros: Windows 7 is, by far, the best OS to come from Microsoft in recent history. (Many may argue ever - but Windows 95 was pretty cool back in the day!) Being the Professional addition, this allows the many features lacking in the Home editions, such as joining a domain, remote desktop access, offline file sync, etc. Great OS, which I use to build 3-4 systems a week with. (Microsoft OEM Partner)
Cons: This 3 pack is $10 more than buying 3 singles! Do the math... that's crazy. Whatever happened to discounts for buying in bulk? You used to save roughly $10 per license when buying the 3-5 packs. Ah well...
Overall Review: I guess it could save you having to change the "1" to a "3" when buying singles. So that's something.
