Limited Mounting holes

Rosewill - Black & Silver, 0.8mm SGCC Steel Slim Micro ATX Computer Case with ATX12V Flex 300W Power Supply - R379-M
Rosewill - Black & Silver, 0.8mm SGCC Steel Slim Micro ATX Computer Case with ATX12V Flex 300W Power Supply - R379-M

Pros: This is a very solidly made case, and overall, I am impressed with the workmanship and fit of their products. I like the fact that the fan on both the power supply and case are standard 80mm. The fans are VERY quiet. The removable drive sub-asssembly is solid and convenient. Includes all standard accessories like screws, feet etc. All internal cables had plenty of length to go where they need to go. Nice small case.

Cons: Two shortcomings, one small, one not so small. The external 3.5" opening only had bottom mounting screw holes - there were none on the sides(most common). This was a problem when trying to use a Rosewill 3.5" hot swap rack for dual 2.5" drives, that only had side mount holes. The power supply does not appear to be standard TFX. It is only 5.8" long. And because of the placement of side case fan, putting in a replacement TFX compliant PS with standard length of 7.5" is not possible. There would have been room if they would have moved the side case fan another 1/2"

Overall Review: I have been burned before when using cases with non-compliant power supplies (Inwin) and not being able to get their specific PS 3 or 4 years down the road.

Not for pairing cell phone

GE 30385EE1 2-line Operation Corded Phone with Bluetooth Technology Integrated Answering Machine
GE 30385EE1 2-line Operation Corded Phone with Bluetooth Technology Integrated Answering Machine

Pros: Works great with Bluetooth headset. Beats my coily cord plantronics. The voice mail is great. I bought it for the Caller ID, which works well.

Cons: THIS IS NOT FOR PAIRING YOUR CELL PHONE! I made that mistake. It only will download your address book. The DND (Do Not Disturb) is not configurable for auto shut off. If you don't turn the DND off, it will not time out.

Overall Review: I am disappointed that the BT sharing with cell phone will only let you download address book.

Pros: 94% of them worked

Cons: I bought 50 of these. On 3 of these, the eject button did not work. Tray could be ejected with the software, but not the physical button.

Overall Review: Unfortunately, it was past the 30 day NewEgg warranty period before I found the bad ones. So I am stuck with trying to deal with LG.

No wall mount holes

Steren 203-101 Audio-Video RF Modulator
Steren 203-101 Audio-Video RF Modulator

Pros: Affordable, works great. It is quality built, not cheap & flimsy like others. Great that it has built in power supply and you not have another AC adapter wall wart to deal with.

Cons: It does not have slotted mounting holes on the bottom (which is metal and could accommodate them) so you can wall mount it.

Overall Review: I would still but it because it is quality built. I just wish it had wall mount capabilities!

Limited Mounting holes

Rosewill RX-C202 3.5" SATA Trayless Hot Swap Mobile Rack for Dual 2.5" SATA SSD / HDD
Rosewill RX-C202 3.5" SATA Trayless Hot Swap Mobile Rack for Dual 2.5" SATA SSD / HDD

Pros: The quality and fit are excellent, and this is a great way to get hard drives that are easily replaced.

Cons: I docked it one egg because it only has mounting holes on the sides, and there are none on the bottom (standard). The irony is that I put this Rosewill HD rack into a Rosewill case! DOH! There is room on the sides of the bottom of the rack for mounting holes. In fact, I threw in a pair of sheet metal screws to hold it in place.

Overall Review: This is a great way to replace HD's, especially at a remote location. For less that $100, you can add Hot Swap Rack and extra HD and take advantage of onboard Raid in a desktop to increase uptime. I may have angered the Hardware G0ds by installing rack with sheet metal screws. I beg forgiveness . . .
