Pros: quiet, fast. plenty o room
Cons: it will not make my coffee in the morning.
Overall Review: it does what it's supposed to do. plenty of room for the average user. cloned my old drive to it without a hitch.

Bright!!!
ASUS VE278H 27" Full HD 1920 x 1080 VGA HDMI Asus Eye Care with Ultra Low-Blue Light & Flicker-Free Built-in Speakers LED Backlight LCD Monitor
Pros: Being part of the 59% that gives it a 5 egg rating is a good feeling. Ordered it at 6 pm on Sunday evening, had it delivered and setup by 7 pm Monday night. Monitor is HUGE and stunningly bright right out of the box as the factory default is set to "scenery mode". Change it to game, standard or theater modes and it will be easier on the eyes. No dead or stuck pixels. Awesome investment. DVI to HDMI cable included (oddity) but works beautiful.
Cons: Does not come with a year supply of bacon.
Overall Review: Definitely better to have a set of good speakers as the built in are nothing to write home about, but then, you are not buying this for the sound quality.

I was skeptical
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply
Pros: I wasn't too sure of the reliability of this PSU as I had never heard of SeaSonic. I decided on it due to the favorable reviews and got it on sale at the time. 10 months later and it runs like a champ. It's not 100% modular, but once you have those motherboard cables properly tucked away in the case. it really matters not.
Cons: It will not power on my deep fryer.

Solid Board
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Nothing it cannot handle. Not the top end model but gets the job done without any hiccups. Awesome midrange board for those without the resources for the Z87s.
Cons: It doesn't make any bacon in the mornings.
Overall Review: Pair this with a i5 3570k and you will have a sweet machine without breaking the bank.

Pros: 2 Gigs of dedicated video. 'Nuff said.
Cons: Does not come with a supply of bacon.
Overall Review: When you can afford it, get a second card and you will never have to upgrade your current rig.

Pros: Upgrading from an old Dualcore 2.53 to this is like night and day. Can't wait to add a SSD drive to see 10 seconds boot times =D
Cons: Did not come with its own cooling system.
Overall Review: This is by far the best value CPU for the money paid in the market today.
