Pros: Cheap Individual activity/power lights for each drive High/Low fan speed adjustment 55/60/65 Celsius adjustments for the temperature alarms Hard drives idle between 38-41 Celsius
Cons: The locking mechanism is on the ejection button. To lock these, I have to hold the drive latch down and twist the lock.
Overall Review: You don't need to plug all the power cords in on the back. Instructions indicate you just need to plug two of the four in. I used two molexes power connectors and it runs fine. I don't hear the fan from this enclosure, but my PC is already fairly loud, so I can't comment how quiet it really is. Not sure how efficient the fan in the back is when the drive latches or any of the rest of the front of this device isn't mesh so it can breathe.
Warranty Is Aweful!

Pros: Cheap
Cons: If you ever have to send this drive back, be prepared to be hassled to death. They bug you for a receipt even though the drive is less than a year old. Then they send you back refurbished drives which have issues. Just save yourself some hassle and get a faster Intel or Samsung SSD. The best part is when they try and refuse to send you a drive back saying you haven't tested it enough --- The stupid drive disappears when I put it under a load ---- I don't have problems with ANY other SSD and this does this in multiple computers.... What further testing do I need to do?
Overall Review: The drive is less than 3 years old --- How could the drive not be under warranty?
Started having issues after a year

Pros: USB 3.0 eSATA
Cons: Has trouble reading drives. Plug things into the old USB 2.0 dock and it works fine there. I tried swapping cables and several computers and it still has an issue.
Does not support encryption

Pros: Fast - Booting with a 7200 RPM 320GB hard disk was 31 seconds to get to the start menu and 50 seconds before hard disk activity drops to nothing. With the SSD installed the system was full booted and the SSD was idle at 25 seconds. Office opens instantly. 3 Year Warranty Intel
Cons: Does not support encryption (At least according to Intel). Had to RMA it because of this :-(
Overall Review: Same PCB as the Intel 520, so I wouldn't be surprised if it does do encryption and Intel just won't fess up to it.

Pros: Solid Copper, Heavy, You can rotate the fan to blow a different direction
Cons: The black plate that the fan screws down to has the hole where the fan sucks air cut off-center. This means that while you can rotate the direction the fan blows, it won't be centered over the hole (And is probably less efficient then)
Overall Review: I'm getting about 34C idle with an Athlon II X4 e610 and arctic silver.
