Very good budget gaming laptop and more
Pros: - Keyboard is very good and comfortable - Performance (GTX1650ti + i5 4cores 8threads) - Not that loud and cooling is pretty good - 256GB SSD Boot - Upgradablility is another M.2 SSD or 2.5inch drive (SSD or HDD), comme with its adaptor - Another RAM slot to add max 8GB, with max speed is 2933mhz, a 3000mhz ddr4 is perfect for dual channel memory. - 60fps plugged, unplugged 30fps automatically for battery saving. - 720p webcam have a slide for privacy - Built-in mic sounds decent
Cons: - Only 8GB of RAM, single channel. - 60hz refresh rate (for some of you picky gamers who only want 420fps) - No instructions of how to add ram and storage (Which I know some noobs will have a hard time figuring out) - Speaker on the weaker side
Overall Review: I had ordered a Crucial 8GB 3200mhz to make it a dual channel, and now happy 100% I had a 2TB SSHD laying around that I installed as backup and storage I love the keyboard, I use it for work in this pandemic Better price than a lot of "Business Laptops"
My GF's PC
Pros: -Compact, fits perfectly a MicroATX (MATX) motherboard. -Plenty of air circulation, quiet performance if you have the right components. -Great quality build, ideal for filthy casuals with one GPU and Air CPU Coolers (Evo 212) ;) -Nice aesthetics.
Cons: -The power light reaches like 10 feet across the room. (Surprisingly, it bothers only me) -Only USB 2.0 on front panel (The motherboard compensates with 3.0, though) -Power Supply on top, but the power supply does not get too hot.
Overall Review: Before changing our Case (well, my girlfriend's PC), I had an old PC my dad gave me back from his basement. Those old white PC cases that slowly turn yellow with time, unless you take care of it. Played endless hours with Morrowind, Counter-Strike Source, Half Life 3, etc. I replaced the old Windows XP driven hardware. I upgraded the parts, but the case didn't have the proper air flow, and caused the PC to throttle and it would freeze in some games. Now pretty quiet with the new Case. Rosewill is doing a good job. My girlfriend can play City Skyline for hours now. Specs: GIGABYTE GA-H81M LGA 1150 Intel G3258 3.2GHz Cooler Master Evo 212 Sapphire Radeon HD7870 2GB Corsair Vengeance 8GB Baracuda 1TB 7200RPM WD 500GB 7200RPM LG DVD-RW Corsair CX600 PSU
Quality HDD
Pros: Quiet, fast and realible. Possibly one of the best HDD you can buy for the buck. This is sure not going to dissapoint you.
Cons: It's an HDD.
Overall Review: This is best for gamers who go on budget. Even for office work, this HDD doesn't take much time to load and unload. That's what she said.
Crossfired now
Pros: -First the Radeon HD 7870 GHz edition did not disappoint me. It run well, fast, not too expensive like most cards. -Play all games on high/ultra settings. -Bought it for 149.99$ refurbished. -Sapphire's PCB is smaller then most 7870's out there.
Cons: I don't know if this is from manufacturing or because it is refurbished, but when the fans ramp'd up, there would be a vibration coming from the heatsink. I am pretty sure I can adjust the cooling fans, heatsink, wires, etc. To stop the vibration. Still haven't had time.
Overall Review: I'm pretty it's just the wire's touching the heatsink's plastic part.
Fun
Pros: - Speakers (I play consoles with HDMI) - 2ms response time (Great for BF4 on PC!) - 1080p and "Smart View", you can look at the screen at any angle and it does not get somber.
Cons: - Big, I mean huge! - Esthetically doesn't look sexy. - Should include an HDMI cable.
Overall Review: Speakers may not be that loud, but at least it does not hiss/fuzz. Perfect for me playing NHL14 on my console and easily switch to play my PC.
Nice
Pros: -Thin -Responsive (5ms) -1080p -Nice looks
Cons: Buttons under the screen are kind of hard to get to know since there is no indications, but not a big deal.
Overall Review: I'm currently using two of these at work for mapping programs such as GIS. Also had tested one myself for gaming at home, it is a great deal for the price.
It is a Noctua
This is by far the best cooler I've ever had. Quiet, amazing performance, cooler than my previous H100, which I loved as well. The only thing is I was too excited that I didn't properly check the compatibility, but Noctua sent the LGA 2011 brackets, free. Just need a bit of patience. 10/10 Great service and amazing from Noctua.
