Pros: I bought this for my middle school boy who wanted to game on a PC as opposed to all of the other systems he has; go figure! This is so much better than my business computer he was using. No ad or bloat ware, and super fast, and he can upgrade it easily.

Cons: No, wireless card, I assume it is because gamers want it wired for speed?

Overall Review: I am thinking about buying another one for business, it is just so fast and cheaper than big name systems..

Pros: I shopped it via google and then when I found the RAM I needed I went to newegg and you guys beat everyone else. Got it fast even though it was Christmas week. Plugged it in and it was recognized immediately and even makes my cheap laptop work faster! I wished I would have did it sooner.

Cons: None on your end, I wish I would have ordered it sooner.
