Fast, awesome
Pros: I have no plans to overclock this memory but it's super stable from what I've experienced with it so far. Worked out of the box. I'm happy with it.
Cons: none
Overall Review: The dimensions make this ram a little tall. Not crazy, but I can see it messing with room if you have a small case. Something to keep in mind.
Great for PC, won't work on PS3
Pros: -Good Microphone -Easy set-up -Great wireless distance -mostly comfortable with glasses for longer gaming sessions -shortcut keys are great for music while gaming or other tasks -mute is clutch
Cons: - randomly drops signal for a few seconds every once in a while, even some 1' away from receiver or even connected - Headphone ear covering squeeks with glasses - Needs break in time - DOES NOT WORK WITH PS3! - Surround sound use while using VOIP like Team-speak or raidcall makes users sound canned and far away.
Overall Review: Overall, I'm mostly happy with this headset. Had I known I wouldn't be able to use it with the ps3 I probably would not have gotten it and opted for the gold headset instead. I have plaster walls, and I can use this headset with good reception and not too many drops from 2 rooms away. So, distance is great. The reason you can't use it w/ the PS3 or Xbox is because the usb's on those systems don't transfer audio. You could get an adapter but eh, not worth it. Bottom line: It's comfortable and if you are using this strictly for PC gaming or VOIP calls only, it's a solid headset. If you are playing an FPS or MMO where you want the surround (which is digitized by the way, not true surround) and you don't want everyone to sound a million miles away in a tin can, I suggest looking for another headset.
Working Great so Far
Pros: One month in and it's been able to render everything I've asked of it. Plays every game I've put it through with ease on highest settings. Most of what I play are MMO's, where the 3gb comes in handy when in super congested areas. it's quiet, it's fast, it runs cool in my system. I'm happy with it.
Cons: This card is BIG. I have it in the NZXT 410 Phantom and I had to remove the middle drive bays to set it properly in a way that it wouldn't mess too much with air flow. While I knew this going in, it still surprised me.
Works Just fine
Pros: Simple. Does what it's supposed to. Worked right out of the box.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Had an issue with the driver and win 8.1 but was able to fix it by playing with the registry for the driver. That may sound scary but it was an easy fix and now everything works perfectly well.
Great Case, CPU PS access could be better
Pros: I'm very happy with this case. It's bigger for a midtower but it's got such great cooling potential and plenty of access for drives, etc.
Cons: Bays - with a large video card you cut the number of HD bays in half because you need to remove the middle rack. This isn't a big issue for me since I don't need more than a few drive bays but for others it could be. The slot for the CPU power supply on a regular ATX board is in the top left. I managed to figure out a way to run the cables, but I had to remove the top fan and play around with the way the connector got fed through to it. As others have mentioned the rubber grommets are pretty weak and pop out very easily. It can be annoying but if you take some care you can get it to stay.
Overall Review: Otherwise, I really like the design. 4.5 eggs but since you can't give 1/2 an egg, I'm happy with it to give it a 5.
Great PSU
Pros: Super Energy Efficient Great cable supply Super quiet Nuclear Power Rival
Cons: This isn't enough to knock off an egg but..... Size. It fit into my Case (Phantom 410) and allowed a fan on the bottom. I was surprised, but really, it was a tight fit and I was unsure it would work with the case. The PSU intake hole is slightly off, but the bulk of it aligned well so no worries luckily. Still, double check sizing for your case.
Overall Review: I got it on sale but honestly, I would have payed full price for it. Can't wait to SLI with this puppy and see how it performs.
