Pros: Well I use this in my budget gaming PC, it definitely does its job and isn't slacking off. It isn't going to run your games on high resolution but at least you can run them.

Cons: I haven't found any problems yet.

Overall Review: I would recommend this to anybody building a budget gaming PC and when I say budget I mean around $200.

Pros: Well it does keep my P4 where it should be temp wise, keeping in mind i do have 3 90MM case fans.

Cons: OK so the thing everyone brings up.. the noise.. well I thought it wouldn't be as loud as they say, some people do have a tendency to whine, but there is some noise, I actually get headaches from hearing the "whine" after long periods of time.

Overall Review: Even with the noise factor i gave it a 3 because it does its job as intended.

Pros: Definitely does work as intended and not to rough on my wallet.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: Safe bet for someone making a cheap rig.
