Overall Review: When my product was defective I made the mistake of NOT returning it to Newegg and getting a different product. I instead tried dealing with ZOOM's miserable customer service. Not that their people were not always polite and courteous, but there were slow response times (one time an entire week for a response to an email), misinformation, ignored phone messages. And now after finally getting the replacement product I still am going to get hosed for the shipping of their defect back to them! Their customer service has been doing their best to convince me NOT to buy any more ZOOM products.

Pros: It was to setup, and the small size makes it convenient.

Cons: The wireless security did not work as well as it should. Product completely failed after 6 months.

Overall Review: I was using it as a repeater. The small size did make it convenient to plug near where it was needed, and it really seemed to do the trick. But one time, even though I had setup this router with its own admin name and password, when my son was trying to setup a different tp-link router using the default admin and password he wound logging into this one. Not such great security. Even though it did fail well within its warranty period, it only cost $5, so I can't see throwing away any more money to get an inferior product replaced.
