Great Value

Creative A220 2.1 Speakers
Creative A220 2.1 Speakers

Pros: * I've had these for roughly 4 months now and have yet to run into any problems with this product. Seems as Creative did a grand job when constructing this product. * Loud for a small system. I rarely need to place the volume at more than half to effectively hear EVERYTHING in a song or movie. Half power is enough to hear whatever I am listening to across my 2400 sq foot home. * Kicking bass! The sub woofer that comes with the speakers is really nice in my opinion. It gives songs and movies that extra punch I'm looking for. * Compact. Can virtually fit anywhere. The speakers are a only 5" or so tall, about 2.5" wide and about 2.5" deep. The sub woofer is also small and compact. Perfect if you move around a lot or just need a mobile sound system. * Outlet powered. It's an advantage for me since I have a huge power strip for my desktop. * Plug and play! No need to install annoying software. Just plug it into the audio jack in your computer and you're good to go! Also compatible with any device with the same audio port, such as iPods.

Cons: * The higher volume range, around 70% max volume and higher, things begin to sound distorted, mostly the sub woofer. The box the sub is in is tiny, so that's not to surprising. * No EQ. I can't manually adjust the output of the system unless I go into my computers settings. The bass the subwoofer puts out is a little over powering. Me personally, I don't mind but one of my 5 room mates doesn't enjoy how much bass this little kicker offers. * Short cords. I wish that the cable connecting the 'tweeters' to the sub woofer was a bit longer but as long as you don't have a retardedly high desk, it shouldn't be a problem. * Outlet powered. I know I listed this as a pro but some people would prefer to have a USB powered system.

Overall Review: * So far, no disappointments really. I have no reason to pump the volume above 60%. For a 30$ system, I highly recommend this item. Inexpensive and high quality for the price.

Simply Amazing.

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin PC RAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C9D-16GXM
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin PC RAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C9D-16GXM

Pros: * Easy to install. * Have yet to max it out. I'd like to point out that a high expectation gamer and musician with a program that sucks up tons of power needs good RAM. These fit that part perfectly! * Inexpensive. I purchased mine when they were on sale for 99.99$ and so far, that 100$ was more than worth it. * Sleek design. Awesome color. If you have a clear case or side panel to show off some of the things in your computer, definitely show off these bad boys!

Cons: None.

Overall Review: * I HIGHLY recommend this product specifically. You should never run out of RAM when you have 16GB of it, and these guys make running my normally used programs a breeze!

Good Price. Good Performance

AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor
AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor

Pros: * Multitasking is a breeze! Against my room mates 3880 i-7, this processor smokes his! * Fast processor. This 8 core competes with my room mates 3880 i-7. * Price. 200$ for a true 8 core? That's amazing! I went with an AMD build specifically because it saved me 600$. Granted, Intel build with similar stats would have had an overall better performance of around 20% but a 50% increase in price for 20% better performance? Not worth it in my book, since I am on a budget.

Cons: * The fan that came stock with the processor is pathetic. I had to buy a fan roughly twice the size to keep my processor running between 10 and 35 degrees C. * Running multiple things is a breeze, yes but when it comes to running just 1 or 2 programs, the 3880 i-7 is faster. Also, with gaming, brief lag spikes occur due to buffering happen more often on my computer than my room mates year old computer with a 3880 i-7 in it but hey, that's the difference between a true 8-core that is 200$ from AMD and a 400$ processor from Intel. Overall, it's about 15-25% less performance than the 3880 i-7.

Overall Review: * I'm quite content with this processor. I wish in some aspects it was a little faster but I'm a high expectation gamer on a budget. If looking to build a BEAST computer that can keep up with all of the games coming out (so long as you can afford the graphics card), I do recommend going AMD and with this processor.

Absolutely Wonderful!

EVGA 02G-P4-3664-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 Ti FTW Signature2 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: * Keeps up with ALL of the games I play with little effort. I can even run Crysis 3 on high to max settings with a smooth 60 FPS. Absolutely beautiful! * Easy to install.

Cons: * Price.

Overall Review: I highly recommend this card if you are a 'higher standards' gamer! Runs things flawlessly. Just make sure you have a processor to keep up with it!

Price Vs Performance

I-ROCKS KR-6820E-BK Black 104 Key USB Wired illuminated Backlit Gaming Keyboard (Orange LED)
I-ROCKS KR-6820E-BK Black 104 Key USB Wired illuminated Backlit Gaming Keyboard (Orange LED)

Pros: * Vibrant color for the back light. Perfect for typing in a darker room with little option for lighting. *Easy to see and press keys. I did a full test on each of the keys and none are sticking thus far. They are rather easy to press. *Quiet. Almost no noise is coming from my keystrokes. Perfect if your computer is in your bedroom and someone else lives in the same room.

Cons: * This con is debatable since it's user preference really. The color isn't red like I thought it would be but more of an orange. Good for Halloween events! Ha. * This is also up for debate. The keyboard & keys are rather small. It fits my hands perfectly but someone who has larger fingers/hands may find this to be a disadvantage.

Overall Review: *Hoping to get a long life out of this keyboard. I love the size and color of it! 35.99$ is a great price for a keyboard like this. The next one up that I was looking at was 48.99$ and seemed MUCH larger. With that increased size, the keyboard had more uses though. Function keys, volume control, ect. Still a great value and a great buy! *hopefully*

Awesome Tower

Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: I found this ironic. When my tower arrived, I learned that my room mate has the same tower. After learning that, I knew this tower was definitely a good deal. - It's fair priced - Spacious - Its design offers good air flow

Cons: - The tower itself is a tad heavy - It is large and takes up a good bit of room
