Awesome but Bad Power Cable

Pros: Stand came separate but was very easy to slide into place in the monitor and then adjust the hight/tilt/rotation. The menu is very intuitive and gives you a good amount of control over the display quality. I purchased this specific monitor because my eyes feel like they're bombarded with information if I look at a bright screen with high contrast, so being able to tone everything down to a much more mellow setting is great. Surprisingly, there was an HDMI cable in the package(!).
Cons: The power cable that came with the monitor was of a very cheap quality and did not have good contact with the actual electrical connection on the monitor side. Every time I touched the monitor, it turned off and the cable had to be wriggled to turn it back on. I had the previous monitor's power cable, so it's not a huge deal, but I knocked off an egg for it because having to buy a power cable if you don't have a spare sucks. Also, I have yet to see an "Auto adjust" setting in the menu, so maybe there isn't one. Again, not a big deal.
Overall Review: I don't exactly do a lot of high fps gaming, so I don't know how it performs with those. Works ok with GuildWars II, which is good enough for me.
Nothing but trouble

Pros: When it worked, the BIOS was nice
Cons: Installation was a pain in the posterior and the error codes are not always very informative. This motherboard does not have any onboard graphics option so there isn't anything to connect a monitor to before graphics cards are installed. After installation it worked ok, for two entire weeks... but now its PCIe slots are dead. The motherboard is stuck with the d6 (no display output) error code. I have switched everything, put my cards into different ports, put them in one at a time, put another working card in there... nothing - no display and the board refuses to post without a display that it can read. I thought my trouble was over after everything was installed... guess not.
Overall Review: I've contacted Asrock through their online form thing. We'll see what the heck can be done about this. I need my machine working ASAP.
