RAIDMAX RX-500AF Continuous 500 watts ATX 12V v2.3/EPS 12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Power Supply

Pros: Decent little power supply. Purchased it from here in 2009 and it just died on me this morning. I am satisfied with its performance and just ordered another one today. Thanks newegg.

Cons: No cons.

Wonderful!!

MSI K8N NEO3-F 754 NVIDIA nForce4 4X ATX AMD Motherboard
MSI K8N NEO3-F 754 NVIDIA nForce4 4X ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: I didn't want to buy a PCI-E card yet because I am happy with my AGP card. I am not a serious gamer so I am not ready to make the step. I was thrilled to find out that my Chaintech FX-5500 256MB card is compatible even though it is not listed as being so on the MSI site. AGR Riser is Great! Love having the fan on the North Bridge chip. My Asus K8V SE Deluxe did not have one. Core center program gives you a good idea of what is going on inside.

Cons: Not a con really, more of an observation. The motherboard seems to be size wise more of an ATX mini, not a standard. You only need six screws to bolt it down not the standard nine. Still fits nice and snug in the case though. Wonderful board for those making the switch from AGP to PCI-E and still an N-Force 4 Board! Wooohooo!

Overall Review: I used the N-Force and G-force drivers from the NVidia website, they are a little more current. But still a good Idea to get all standard drivers from MSI's webpage first. Better to be safe than sorry... O yes, and for all those who complained about the AGP card covering the SATA 3 and 4 slots, well it does. No secret there. But seriously, How many standard PC users out there really need 4 hard drives anyways? I think people complain too much. What do you expect from a board of this price anyways? It works great.
