Pros: Cable length better than usual.

Cons: The main power connector is 20 pins. There is no adapter included to convert it to 24 pins, so this will NOT fit any current board. That makes it suitable for repairs of 7-year old computers. There are only 2 SATA leads, on the same bundle.
