Awesome Switch!

Pros: This switch is perfect. I bought this without my wife knowing, and when it arrived and I took it out of the box she had though I paid close to $100 for it, which was not the case. It is a solid device, and looks professional. One of the other reviewers stated that speeds will be reduced to 100mb if anything but gigabit devices are attached. This is not the case. I have a mix of gigabit and 100 megabit devices attached, and the switch automatically negotiates the speed. The led's on the front will display if the port is running in gigabit or 100mb mode. when transferring between RAID setups on 2 different computers, i achieve about 110MB/s transfer rate. When transferring between 2 pc's running single HDD's, the speed is considerably slower.
Cons: I wish the status led for network speed was a different color. All Led's are green
Decent Monitor, bad warranty

Pros: 75hz refresh rate.
Cons: I have about 30 of these deployed at the office. 4 of them have developed wavy lines diagonally across the entire screen, 2 of them are so bad, they're unusable. Asus warranty is 3 years from MFG Date, not purchase date. Even though these have all been deployed less than 2 years, they are not covered by warranty, because they were manufactured in the summer of 2010 and sold at the beginning of 2012.
Overall Review: Would never buy again
Great Sofa Keyboard

Pros: This keyboard is just perfect for sofa surfing. Good compact size, lightweight, large touchpad/touchpad buttons. If you have larger size hands like me, it's easy to hold it like a game controller, using your right thumb for the touchpad, and there is a left click mouse button on the upper right side of the keyboard (above the ESC key). i wouldn't recommend typing your homework on it from the sofa, just set up your desktop for clicking shortcuts/networked drives/MPC. Bought about 8 months ago, haven't changed batteries once. Programmable F keys. Sitting about 10' from receiver, gets perfect reception. Wife / kid loves it!
Cons: would be cool if it was rechargeable, but then i'd have to remember to plug it in to recharge every night. again, batteries last FOREVER. There IS a small on/off button on the top!
Overall Review: F all those gimmicky micro keyboards they sell on that jungle website! this is just what you want! Familiar, but small and accurate!
