Pros: This stuff is the best. I've done a lot of research to find which paste is the best. From my research, the Prolimatech PK2 and PK3 is consistently the best performing thermal paste across a spread of dozens of other leading thermal compounds. In comparison to the thermal paste that came with my water blocks, the difference is amazing. With the included paste: CPU: i7 4790k @ 4.8 GHz Cooling: Koolance 380i water block, 240mm rad, 2x120mm fans Idle: 28C Full Load: 83C With the PK2 Idle: 24C Full Load: 74C With my GTX Titans in SLI at 1250 MHz/6200 MHz Cooling: Koolance water blocks, 1x240mm rad, 1x280mm rad with 2 fans each Included paste Idle: 28C Full Load: 64C With the PK2 Idle: 24C Full Load: 50C Now those are some incredible results. The Titans have modified BIOS that allow them to run up to 425 watts each. They do occasionally reach close to 400 watts, but don't hang there for long under normal circumstances. I'll never use anything else ever again.
Cons: The spoon thingy that it comes with to spread the paste with is a piece of junk. What I use is a thin credit card or insurance card cut into thin strips. And it works great. Way better than the lame spoon thing they provide. Which I did try to use, it made it way more difficult to apply.
Overall Review: Apparently the PK3 is a little bit better, may shave 1 or 2C off of your max temps, but the PK2 is the easier paste to spread. Personally the method I prefer for spreading thermal compound is to apply a thin even layer across the entire surface of the chip. With this paste it worked incredibly well.
