Do I have to constantly check the price of the product that I purchased at Newegg to learn if you guys have lowered the price?
To provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, our internal system will check the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between Nov. 1 through Nov. 19, 2025. If after your purchase, that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.com on or before Nov. 29, 2025, Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method by Dec. 9, 2025.
If I find a product sold at a lower price before I place the order, am I eligible for the automatic refund?
The Program only applies to eligible product(s) purchased between Nov. 1 through Nov. 19, 2025, displaying the Black Friday Price Protection badge.
If the price of a product is lowered twice, am I going to receive two automatic refunds?
One lump sum will be automatically refunded to the original payment method by Dec. 9, 2025. No further action is needed on your part.
How long does it take to get refunded if the price of a product is lowered?
Our internal system will check the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between Nov. 1 through Nov. 19, 2025. If after your purchase that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.com on or before Nov. 29, 2025, Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method by Dec. 9, 2025.

Will the automatic refund alter the return window of my purchase?

*Black Friday Price Protection: This Price Protection offer applies only to eligible items offered, including individual items and promo codes. Items qualified for Price Protection will be marked with a Black Friday Price Protection badge on the product page. To be eligible for the Price Protection refund, item(s) must be purchased between November 1 and November 19, 2025 and found to be sold at a lower price on Newegg.com or Newegg.ca on or before November 29, 2025. Price does not include any applicable sales tax and/or loyalty or membership discounts. Customers entitled to a Price Protection refund will have the price difference automatically refunded to the original payment method by December 9, 2025, with the exception of refunds for cryptocurrency, which will be made in the form of Newegg Customer Care Gift Card. Only refund amounts greater than $1 will be processed under the Black Friday Price Protection program.
