I travel quite a bit and I would like to take this with me to use with hotel TV's. Has anyone has used it this way? I would think it would work as well on the road as it would at home.

Hey John,

I just got back from a five day road trip and the Pronto worked perfectly! It was so easy to connect and never failed. I didn't use the local channel guide as they had a channel lineup card so I just used that. Really impressed. I am taking this with me very time I travel. I don't know why Grady R is having so much trouble with his.

Does this unit work with atsc tuners ?
If so how does one set the channel number ?

Chris, 'tis probably best to put this quesdtion to the folks at Pronto: Although I have an HDMI switch in my system, I've not programmed the Peel to monitor it's functions (the second HDMI switch I've utilized, this one - like the first - lost it's wireless capabilities early on, and is manually manipulated between the five ports)...

I keep waiting for the promised Q2/2015 release of the iPad-native application although the iPhone app DOES perform acceptibly for the time being.

I think Peel is supporting Pronto only on iPhone for now. Most of Android devices has built in Peel app along with IR balster.
