Does this have built in speakers?

Yes, it has built-in speakers. Changing the audio settings (i.e., I changed it to movie) affects the sound and volume, so see which sounds best for you.

Does this come with a stand?

Yes it does.  It's black and swivels a little from side to side but not 180 degress.  It comes with the stand mounting screws too.  It's exactly as pictured.  This is just a table stand and NOT a wall mount.  That is separate.

Does it play Blue Ray or only DVD?

DVD. But the DVD did not last long in mine. TV still works fine. I just purchased another DVD player and hooked it to the TV.

I do not have an exact weight  but I have a bad hand and I opened it and set it up on the stand and moved it in place and it was not heavy at all.   PS  It works great and is amazing.  Warren W.

No this is a US standard NTSC 120 volt 60mhz system. The remote control uses (2) AAA type batteries.

What is the products native resolution?

Just because it says 16:9 doesnt mean 1920x1080

You are correct in assuming that just because a product says 16:9 doesn't mean it is 1920x1080.

This set however is a 1080. 
I bought it as a gift to upgrade a family member from an older 720 set that didn't have the ATSC tuner in it and they couldn't be happier with the picture from this Proscan.
