It cannot be mounted.  More importantly, I would not waste my money on this worthless piece of junk.  Mine broke and Pyle will repair it only if I pay to ship it to them as well as the return shipping cost.

It does have 2 AUX outputs on the back of the unit. I can't say for sure if used for subwoofer.

Hello:

1. Can I use this soundbar with my 4 year old Panasonic Viera TV 
    37".
2. Can you connect it optically. Is this soundbar wireless?
3. I do not have ARC? 
4. Would I get electrical sound interference from this soundbar?
5. I like the USB port connection.
6. Is this item refurbished.

7. Based on the above questions, what soundbar do you recommend for my Panasonic Viera TV-Model TC-L37S1?

1. If your TV has an optical or analog audio out, you can use either to connect to the soundbar.

2. Yes, it has an optical in.  The soundbar is wired to your tv/receiver but the sub is wireless and you can connect bluetooth devices and use the soundbar as a speaker.
